Turn up the volume and listen to the stellar song, pulsations observed in the three stars HD49933 (left), HD181420 (middle) and HD181906 (right) by the COROT spacecraft, transposed by 18 octaves to the human audio range. Ten seconds are dedicated to each star, and the differences in pitch and frequency relate to mass, size and structure chracteristics individual to each star.
